BOOKING POLICY

• All appointments must be secured with accurate contact details.
• Online bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation message.
• Colour correction, extensions, and major transformations may require an in-salon consultation prior to booking.
• New clients booking colour services may be required to attend a consultation or skin test at least 48 hours prior to their appointment.
We reserve the right to decline or adjust bookings if consultation requirements are not met.

DEPOSIT POLICY

To secure your appointment, a deposit is required for:
• All colour services
• Hair extensions
• Appointments longer than 2 hours
Deposit amounts:
• 50% of the total service cost (or a minimum of $50 for smaller services)
Deposits are:
• Non-refundable
• Transferable with adequate notice (see cancellation policy below)
• Deducted from your final service total on the day
Appointments are not secured until the deposit is received.
